Molly started playing hockey at age 5, and became a committed goaltender in her first year of Novice at Eastern Shore Minor Hockey Association. Molly then played two years of Cole Harbour Atom AA, and most recently played her first year of Pee Wee with the Cole Harbour Pee Wee AA team. Molly also has taken part in a number of volunteer events; however, one volunteer opportunity that she has enjoyed more than most was helping out Novice goalies in Cole Harbour. It has been a great we to enjoy time with her little sister Gracie.
“I’ve known Molly and her family for many years now and when they made the decision to bring their kids to our school, they brought great family values and expectations for their children to do well and be active participants to the Newbridge way. I’m personally very happy that she wants to be a part of the program and continue on the right developmental track that she currently enjoys with our programming and with our Director of Goaltending Development, Brad MacCharles. Our staff wants her to succeed and reach her goals, this year will be the next step.”
~Paddy Flynn, Director of Varsity Hockey Programs, Newbridge Academy~
Molly has made many friends playing on various spring hockey teams including the Nova Scotia Stars, the Newbridge Gladiators and most recently with the Atlantic Female Training Institute in PEI. Molly is excited to join the inaugural PeeWee Major team and looking forward to a big year of development in preparation for Bantam.
Welcome to the program Molly!
