STEP 1: Application Forms
Complete all applicable Application Forms and submit to Newbridge Academy’s Administration Office, with a $50 non-refundable application fee.
STEP 2: Assessment Interview
Upon receipt of the completed application package, Newbridge Academy will contact you to arrange an assessment interview with both the potential student and parent(s). The assessment interview takes about 45 minutes to one hour and is conducted by one of Newbridge Academy’s staff members to assess grade-level aptitude of the student. A brief student/parent interview will also take place to indicate life skills and interests, and more importantly, for us to get to know the family and ensure the right “fit” for everyone.
STEP 3: Enrollment Offer and Acceptance Letter
Depending on the time of year, and the number of available seats within each class, Newbridge Academy will notify parents of their initial acceptance offer in writing that will include a specific time limit to complete enrollment documentation.
STEP 4: Pay deposit of $1,000 to secure spot
At the time of enrollment, parents are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 to secure their student’s spot in the class. Because of our growth and extended waiting list, classes may fill and you may lose your spot and be put on a waiting list if you do not pay your deposit.
Parents should understand that as of July 1st, all program financial commitments, annual tuition and program fees are non-refundable.
STEP 5: Purchase uniforms
Uniforms are mandatory at Newbridge Academy. Uniforms include a Newbridge-approved top and bottom. Because we want our students to easy transfer from activity to class, our uniforms consist of athletic-wear (tracksuit, t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, etc). Contact Brittany De Couto, at email@example.com for more details.
Please note: Newbridge Academy’s policy is to require an enrollment contract to be signed prior to the start of a program, stating refundable and non-refundable fees. Please note that if annual tuition, program fees and contracts are not paid and signed, Newbridge Academy reserves the right to withhold student grades or dismiss enrollment.
Application Forms can be mailed, dropped off, faxed, or emailed. For more information, please contact our Director of Admissions, Amanda Peters, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 902-252-3339.
